Open Position :

A. FRONTEND DEVELOPER

Candidate will take lead in team environment for design and execution of web and mobile products. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate to learn and improve his/ her skills in the ever-evolving environment. You must be a creative thinker with experience in UX definition and user interface design. 


Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge in e-commerce UX/UI;
  • Thoughtful opinions and can lead a technical conversation;
  • Experience developing front-end mobile web applications;
  • Expert knowledge in JavaScript, Angular.JS, React.JS, HTML5, CSS3, cross browser compatibility;
  • Experience in interactive user interfaces and animation;
  • Experience working with Node.js, Grunt or Gulp build tools;
  • Experience in Sass or other compiled CSS languages;
  • Experience implementing responsive designs;
  • Understand lean and agile practices;
  • Experience in Software Engineering practices: TDD/BDD unit/functional automated testing, software design and architectures like Jasmine, Mocha, Selenium;
  • Minimum 5-year working experience in related field.

B. QUALITY ASSURANCE
Responsible for delivering quality, well-tested and well documented software into Production.

Job Description:

  • Analyze and understand product requirements, devise test strategy and develop test scenarios that reflect product strategies, elaborate scenarios into detailed test cases;
  • Gather requirements, writing and executing tests, monitoring test progress, reporting status, logging bugs, tracking and testing defect fixes, retesting and delivering;
  • Produce well-documented and clear product requirements, together with product team;
  • Maintain subject matter expertise for systems under test and use the expertise to create, maintain and extend the test case library;
  • Participate in team process improvement to make sure everyone understands development lifecycle.


Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of QA experience
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skill
  • Ability to communicate issues with software and propose solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of QA theory and methodology
  • Understanding of one or more high level programming languages is a plus
  • Experience with test automation and one or more of the industry standard test Automation Tools
  • Be able to work independently and with a team

C. PRODUCT MANAGER

Responsible for leading complete project lifecycle of technology projects through design, implementation, and testing and release of the projects.

 

Job Description:

  • Identify key stakeholders and team members for projects needed and assign individual responsibilities;
  • Create, manage, track and execute project plans within a timely manner;
  • Track project progress and document project actions, risks, issues and decisions;
  • Establish and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to support delivery of the projects;
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to other team and management;
  • Circulate updated project plans, meeting minutes, project status reports.

  • Min. 2 years of working experience in the related field

D. UX DESIGNER

Responsible to create great user-experience for customer-facing web applications. Create a diverse set of front-end designs for multiple applications with various purposes. Candidate will take web applications from requirements, to wireframes and eventually implement the designs with HTML and CSS to work in the browser. Candidate should also keep updated in latest design/illustration technology such as Adobe CS 6+, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch.

 

Job Description:

  • Translate user requirements and translate them into good simple layouts that are easy to use;
  • Create natural interactions are intuitive to visitors and deliver convenience and meaning across our multi-device/screen experience;
  • Interpret business requests and turn them into creative designs.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of Web Design/ UX experience;
  • Understand key elements creating great user experience from in-depth competitor analysis and research of design;
  • Proficient in tools like Invision, Zeplin, Sketch, Illustrator and Photoshop to help bring your creations to life;
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving;
  • Able to work independently and with a team;
  • Ideally from an eCommerce background but not a must.

E. BACKEND DEVELOPER 

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. :

  • New development and maintenance of extensive code base.

  • Design and development of object-oriented software, with a strong knowledge of procedural/structured/imperative design patterns

  • Work within a highly-collaborative Agile environment

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (Laravel or CodeIgniter)

  • Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP

  • Understanding of MVC design patterns

  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

  • Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming

  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

F. MARKETING EXECUTIVE 

Job Description:

  • Create, manage, and review all marketing activities through all Sociolla's channels
  • Work with external parties (brands, merchants, media, others) related to marketing activities with Sociolla
  • Work with multiple division/business units in Sociolla for all marketing activities

Requirements:
  • Communication, PR, Marketing, or Creative background
  • Min 2 yrs experience in similar field 
  • Beauty/Fashion related experience is a plus
  • Multi-tasking ability and creative thinking is a must
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skill written and verbal (english & bahasa)
  • Have interest in beauty, digital, and media
  • Work well individually & in team
  • Have management skill/experience
G. DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST
Job Description:
  • Manage and utilise Sociolla's paid account in Google Adwords (SEM, GDN, Remarketing)
  • Execute Sociolla's email marketing campaign.
  • Analyse Sociolla's paid and non-paid campaign in Google Analytics
  • Research on new digital marketing channels
  • Reseach on creatives, audiences, and copies used and suggest the best ones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
  • Having at least 2 years experience in the same field

  • Ecommerce or Digital background will be plus

  • Can work both individual and team work

  • Discipline, and target oriented person

  • Excellent with excel and analytical skills are critical

  • Experience using Google Adwords, and Facebook ads

  • Multi tasking person, and must be extremely detail oriented

  • Demonstrated ability to intrepret in - depth analysis, uncover actionable insight and effectively communicate to the broader organization

H. MERCHANDISER

Job Purpose:

  • Own relationship with brands or suppliers in efforts to drive assortment, promotion, pricing in order to achieve business objectives and maximize sales and profitability
  • Plan and manage stock plan, product replenishment and promotions in conjunction with sales demand
  • Responsible for ensuring products appear in the selling platform (i.e. Sociolla website), at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis

  • Review periodic sales report, understand sales trend, business plan and strategy in order to establish and implement action plan

2. Merchandising – Replenishment

  • Oversee selected brands in terms of merchandising product assortment which drive sales and profitability
  • Responsible for managing replenishment of products, overseeing delivery and distribution of stock and deal with suppliers

3. Brand Relationship

  • Maintain good relationship with local and global suppliers in order to provide curated products with good deal for Sociolla customers

4. Marketing and Promotions

  • Partner with other divisions (i.e. Marketing, Design, Operations, Finance, Tech) to optimise online merchandising in relation to marketing promotions in order to grow sales within brands and overall B2C

5. Brand Acquisition

  • Identify opportunities as well as to obtain new partnership with potential brand/ supplier

6. Periodic reporting to Head of B2C and management in regards to activities, costs, and performance as well as progress against

    KPIs and B2C’s target goal and objectives

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
  • Minimum of 3-year experience in Account Management/ Relationship
  • Prior e-commerce or retail product merchandising experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in the use of desktop applications and Ms Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven towards sales-based KPI

I. PR & COMMUNITY MANAGER

  • Developing beauty community in Beauty Journal
  • Planning related programs to grow the community 
  • Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
  • Writing and producing presentations and press releases
  • Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations
  • Organising promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
  • Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
  • Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
  • Analysing media coverage
  • Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research
  • Liaising with clients, managerial and journalistic staff about budgets, timescales and objectives
  • Designing, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, ‘in-house' journals, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites and promotional videos

J. EDITOR & WRITER BEAUTY JOURNAL

  • Writing and editing beauty and lifestyle articles
  • Produce relevant editorial and advertorial
  • Participate in our activation
  • Attending beauty and lifestyle events and writing coverage
  • Interviewing KOL's n celebrity and writing coverage
  • Writing various reviews on beauty products and also salon, spa, or exercise / lifestyle places.
Requirements:
  • Previous background in an online media is preferable
  • Passionate in beauty and lifestyle 
  • Creative, Excellent skill of writing and editing
  • Fast paced, multitasking, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Updated about women's current issues, trends and also newest information in beauty digital world
  • Initiative, good networking skill, able to work on weekend (occasionally)

K. GENERAL AFFAIR (GA) STAFF 

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintenance of office environment (parking lot, office yard, warehouse, etc.)

  • Cleanliness of work environment (workspace, lobby and all areas of the company)

  • Maintenance and procurement of electrical installations (mechanical and electrical) if needed

  • All forms of company licensing

  • Supply and distribution of office stationery and other work tools (desks, chairs, laptops, computers, etc.)

  • Handling partnership that related to external parties (government, etc.)

  • Take care of all the company's operational needs

L. VIDEOGRAPHER
Job Descriptions:
  • Producing video / shooting videos according to the needs of Beauty Journal content
  • Involved in creating event documentation
  • Edit the video as directed by the producer

Requirements:

  • Having very good skill in operating the camera
  • Having knowledge about lighting and VO
  • Creative in terms of shooting
  • Having backgrounds in often make wedding or fashion videos is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and in deadline solid condition
  • Having a good team work

M. Internship Beauty Journal Editorial Team

Requirements:

  • Willing to join for intern program in the period around July - September for full time
  • Passionate about beauty world
  • Mastering basic writing techniques with good and correct spelling
  • Able to speak English
  • Diligent and thorough
