Cobalt is a dark cyan blue to bring out vibrancy through your eyes. With intense color payoff that is universally flattering on every skin tone, this striking blue shade takes your regular eyeliner to the next level, whether you want to do a bold or a playful look.

How to use:
- Shake well before using.
- Apply directly to the lash line using the felt-tip applicator.
- Using the side of the pen, stamp along the lash line to map out the length and direction of your liner.
- Draw your wing from the outer corner of your eye and bring it in towards the inner corner.
- Connect the lines and fill the areas.
- Add more layers to build more intensity.

Best stored horizontally. Make sure the cap is always closed tightly after using.
